Refund policy

At W4YMKR, pieces can be made to order through a pre-order or print-on-demand (POD) process. Because of this, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, buyer's remorse, or delays in shipping. We appreciate your understanding and support of small-batch and purpose-driven apparel.

Refunds for Damaged or Defective Items

We only accept refund or replacement requests if your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect.

To be eligible:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Provide clear photos of the damage or defect

  • Include your order number and a short description of the issue

Once verified, we’ll gladly issue a refund or send a replacement at no extra cost.

What’s Not Covered

We cannot offer refunds for:

  • Wrong size orders (please check our sizing guide before purchasing)

  • Delays due to the pre-order or fulfillment process

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Lost items due to incorrect shipping info

Include:

  1. Your full name and order number

  2. Photos of the product and packaging

  3. Description of the issue

We’ll respond within 2–3 business days.
